Το Διυλιστήριο της Motor Oil βρίσκεται στους Αγίους Θεοδώρους Κορινθίας, περίπου 70 χλµ. από το κέντρο της Αθήνας. Μαζί µε τις βοηθητικές εγκαταστάσεις και τις εγκαταστάσεις διακίνησης καυσίμων αποτελεί το μεγαλύτερο αμιγώς ιδιωτικό βιομηχανικό συγκρότημα της Ελλάδας και θεωρείται ένα από τα πιο σύγχρονα διυλιστήρια της Ευρώπης µε βαθμό πολυπλοκότητας 11,54 (Nelson Complexity Index). Through an ever developing and friendly sales network, we offer our services to individuals and professionals, providing solutions for the movement and lubrication of every motor type and mechanical application.<h2>Starting with the role:</h2>We are currently searching to hire Marketing Communications Specialist – ATL &amp; Digital &nbsp;to join our&nbsp;Marketing&nbsp;team!The position is located at&nbsp;Aspropyrgos.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Manage and optimize digital presence across platforms; unify branding and messaging</li><li>Consult clients on digital strategy, planning, and implementation</li><li>Support traditional marketing efforts including media planning and material development</li><li>Manage race team sponsorships: branding, content, communication, and customer activations</li><li>Oversee additional sponsorships (e.g., Aspropyrgos municipality)</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams for new product development, from concept to market launch</li><li>Drive private label projects, including label design, marketing, and portfolio management</li><li>Conduct competitive analysis and modernize sales tools (digital/print catalogs, apps)</li><li>Manage and enhance digital business tools (SAP loyalty, D&amp;B/Argus, OATS, data forms)</li><li>Identify and mitigate QHSSE risks; report hazards and support safety initiatives</li><li>Promote energy, environmental, and safety best practices across operations</li><li>Conduct Safewalks to ensure ongoing compliance and site housekeeping</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Business and Marketing&nbsp;</li><li>At least 2-3 years of experience, especially in digital media</li><li>Experience in Product / Brand management will be considered an asset</li><li>Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel &amp; PowerPoint</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)</li><li>Ability to explain new media principles to a more traditional audience</li><li>Desire to work in Cross Functional Teams with members from diverse background &amp; experience</li></ul>Ευχαριστούμε για τον ενδιαφέρον σας στον Όμιλο.
