We are currently looking for an&nbsp;Employee Relations Principal&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;People Services&nbsp;team.&nbsp;&nbsp;In this role you will shape and implement strategies that promote a fair, compliant, and collaborative workplace across both unionized and non-unionized employee populations. You will serve as the key contact for labor unions, works councils, and internal stakeholders on complex employee relations matters. We are currently looking for an&nbsp;Health &amp; Safety Senior Officer&nbsp;to join our HSQ &amp; Sustainability team&nbsp;in Athens offices.&nbsp;The Senior HSE Officer will contribute to the development and the monitoring process of the Health &amp; Safety and Environmental Management System &amp; the implementation of METLEN HSE policies, for M Energy Generation Management (MGM), M Energy Customer Solutions (MECS) &amp; M Integrated Supply and Trading (MIST) of the Energy Sector.&nbsp;Your role will encompass:<ul><li>Oversee&nbsp;the implementation of Health &amp; Safety and Environmental Management System for MGM, MECS &amp; MIST and monitor&nbsp;the proper adherence to procedures.</li><li>Monitor&nbsp;and ensures compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 as well as other international standards where applicable.</li><li>Provide&nbsp;technical support and guidance to onsite HSE teams &amp; representatives of MGM, MECS &amp; MIST regarding HSE issues of construction activities, plant operation &amp; maintenance, etc.</li><li>Develop&nbsp;&amp; review&nbsp;HSE procedures, instructions and relevant documentation (Occupational Hazard Risk Assessments, Emergency Plans, Electrical Safety Instructions, Waste management Plans etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct&nbsp;HSE Audits to MGM, MECS &amp; MIST facilities&nbsp;in accordance with the approved internal audit plan determined by the HSE Dpt &amp; support&nbsp;the external Auditing process from Certification &amp; Verification Bodies</li><li>Coordinate&nbsp;the collection of data from MGM, MECS &amp; MIST facilities and prepares HSE performance reports on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), based on Corporate KPIs.</li><li>Provide&nbsp;technical support in Near Misses, Accidents &amp; Incidents investigation and management, in collaboration with onsite HSE teams &amp; representatives.</li><li>Monitor&nbsp;Non-Conformities and/or HSE deviations and&nbsp;provide&nbsp;technical support for the suggestion and evaluation of corrections, corrective &amp; preventive actions.</li><li>Monitos &amp; manage&nbsp;external HSE contractors &amp; consultants.</li><li>Participate&nbsp;in the HSE evaluation of Suppliers &amp; Subcontractors.</li><li>Perform&nbsp;and promote&nbsp;HSE trainings &amp; campaigns for MGM, MECS &amp; MIST personnel.</li></ul>&nbsp;What you bring to the role:<ul><li>BSc or MSc&nbsp;in Engineering (preferable Mechanical or Electrical Engineer)</li><li>5+ years of experience in HSE in an industrial / construction environment.</li><li>Degree relevant to Health &amp; Safety or/and Environmental management will be considered an asset.</li><li>Certification or Training according to ISO 45001 (Lead Auditor) or NEBOSH.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of Working at Heights, Permit to Work and LOTO regulations, with active involvement in reducing/eliminating risk</li><li>Good knowledge of Greek HSE legislation &amp; EU directives.</li><li>Experience as HSE representative according to local regulations (Τεχνικός Ασφαλείας) in industry or construction will be considered an asset.</li><li>Familiar with databases as well as working on &amp; reporting through online platforms, MS Office &amp; Internet tools, actively promoting industry innovations.</li><li>Determined and analytical approach to problem solving, non-conformities management and incident investigation.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit and ability to collaborate with various teams.</li><li>Driving license and ability to visit several Company locations (in Greece) for auditing and coordination purposes.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Your Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Ticket Restaurant Card</li><li>Transportation Allowance</li><li>Group Health Insurance program</li><li>Discount on the household electricity bill</li><li>Pension Plan</li><li>Cooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivity</li></ul>
