As an HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining HR databases and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Group. You will work with the Research &amp; Development Junior Manager to deliver accurate and actionable HR reports. This role is based at our main offices in Heraklion (Crete). Indicative Position Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage HR databases and documents </li><li>Manage and administer the HR platform </li><li>Provide support for HR systems/programs </li><li>Collect and analyze HR data from multiple sources </li><li>Maintain and improve HR dashboards and reports for key metrics </li><li>Extract statistical data requested regarding personnel </li><li>Automate and optimize reporting processes to increase efficiency of HR information </li><li>Keeping track of technological advancements and trends </li><li>Performing audits on HR documents when required </li><li>Participate in HR projects, such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives </li></ul> RequirementsEssential Qualifications: <ul><li>Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent field </li><li>Min 2 years working experience in a similar role </li><li>Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral skills) </li><li>Excellent use of MS Office (strong skills in excel) </li><li>Postgraduate degree is a plus </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Data &amp; analytical skills </li><li>Problem solving </li><li>Teamwork and cooperation spirit </li><li>Ability to maintain and update HR databases </li><li>Ability to create detailed reports from HR data sets </li><li>High level of integrity, while handling confidential material</li></ul> Benefits<ul><li> </li><li>Possibility of hybrid work (offices in Heraklion &amp; remote) </li><li>Competitive compensation package </li><li>Full-year employment </li><li>Continuous training and learning opportunities </li><li>Progressive work experience with steadily increasing responsibilities </li><li>Career development and growth opportunities </li><li>Company laptop provided </li></ul>
