As a “Chief Digital Officer”, you will accelerate the digital transformation of PPD by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance the consumer experience, drive business growth and foster a culture of data centricity, while ensuring alignment with the overall L’Oréal Digital Strategy. Are you ready to leverage your Digital expertise to empower teams across PPD, fostering trust and connections to contribute to the Divisions’ supercharged growth?Reporting to PPD General Manager and dotted to CDMO L’Oréal Hellas, your key tasks and responsibilities will include:&nbsp;&nbsp;Media Focus<ul><li>Define and drive the overall Division media strategy based on CDMO and division zone frame, including media guidelines, knowledge of partnerships, media conditions, innovation for media magic&nbsp;</li><li>With the support of Media Lead secure the excellence in execution of all full funnel media campaigns including Search, retail media and boosted advocacy&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with Commercial for eRetailer JBP, Hero SKU strategy, and Retail (O+O) media tech maximization&nbsp;</li></ul>Data Driven Experience (DDX) Focus<ul><li>Set B2B CRM Vision &amp; Strategy of our salons &amp; stylists data to ensure personalized interactions through value added O+O omnichannel activations to drive engagement and incremental revenue&nbsp;</li><li>Drive the “DDX for business” agenda, valorizing our 1P &amp; 2P data on its usage across media, direct &amp; indirect channels, in alignment with CDMO strategy prioritizing business-driving use cases&nbsp;</li></ul>Advocacy &amp; Influence (A&amp;I) Focus<ul><li>Develop the A&amp;I strategy to cultivate the hair communities and own the hair conversations (B2C/B2B) in alignment with CDMO L’Oreal Hellas to secure brand &amp; category performance&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Oversee and drive operational excellence to secure alignment in Golden rules and compliance with group guidelines while driving ROI mindset and data driven decision making</li></ul>Digital Acculturation &amp; Upskilling&nbsp;<ul><li>Build strong local digital-first culture for PPD &amp; own the local digital upskilling plan (with GM/HR)&nbsp;</li><li>Support the digitalization of salons with an aim to create a culture of advocacy and the development of a digital skillset that will support their business</li></ul>You will…&nbsp;<ul><li>Drive the change. Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunities and trends.
