ELLENIC CABLES S.A&nbsp;is seeking a&nbsp;Contract Manager&nbsp;to join our Dynamic &amp; Growing Project Team.&nbsp;As a&nbsp;Contract Manager&nbsp;of a construction projects with proven international experience, you will be providing contractual and commercial support skilled to the Project Teams.Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Contract management tasks and responsibilities, incl. the drafting and negotiating of subcontracts, variations and claims and assisting with general strategy for contract management;</li><li>Proactive monitoring of contractual rights and obligations under the contract and/or subcontract(s).</li><li>Timely interacting with in-house legal specialists, Insurance, Finance, Compliance and other departments relevant for proper contracting and negotiation.</li><li>Official correspondence with Client and/or Subcontractors.</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>A Master Degree in Law – preferably but not necessarily construction law and/or contracting law or Engineering background with at least 8 years’ experience in contracts and claim management;</li><li>Previous working experience as a contract manager preferably in offshore (wind) construction or similar;</li><li>Excellent Command of English. CONTRACTS MANAGER (3311)
