1. Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and ad hoc requests.2. Support in HR initiatives and projects, contributing to process improvement.3. Support the monitoring and reporting of absences and leaves, ensuring accurate records and full compliance with labor law requirements.7. Support the maintenance of personnel records and management of HR documentation (e.g. employment files, contracts, internal databases).8. Assist with HR reporting and analytics, helping track key HR metrics (absenteeism, headcount, etc.) for management use.
