We are now Hiring and we are growing our team!&nbsp;Guest Experience Facilitator / Receptionist(Full- Time or Part-Time employment)&nbsp;As an Xplore Guest Experience Facilitator/Receptionist, you will engage with visitors, encouraging them to learn and discover through play, while promoting interaction with the various experience areas within XPLORE (science, adventure and oceans).&nbsp;This is a key role for Xplore, where you need to ensure that everyone has a memorable and, mostly, safe visit.&nbsp;Our Facilitators are responsible for the following aspects:&nbsp;<ul><li>Engage with visitors and help them to discover all elements of XPLORE, encouraging them to learn through our interactive activities and events</li><li>Act as a receptionst, when needed, handle cash and receive income from admission and retail facilities</li><li>Have some basic first aid knowledge and skills, ideally with a relevant certificate</li><li>Facilitate birthday parties (mostly during weekends) and school visits (in school days)</li><li>Assist the Operations Manager and Supervisors in optimizing marketing opportunities and income generation</li><li>Cooperate with the team to promote and maintain an excellent customer experience</li><li>Maintain operational efficiency and safeguard safety and health rules!</li></ul>&nbsp;You will be a successful candidate for this job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:&nbsp;Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>About two years of relevant professional experience in working with visitors in a leisure, visitor attraction or in a related environment</li><li>Ability to communicate efficiently with visitors and colleagues</li><li>Any experience of retail, F&amp;B and “front of house” skills will be appreciated</li><li>Experience in facilitating events &amp; working with children, such as in birthday parties</li><li>Lead by example to inspire a high level of quality service among the XPLORE team</li><li>Flexibility with working hours- please note that shift work is required. To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team an Environmental Compliance Senior Associate.&nbsp;We are seeking a highly motivated&nbsp;Environmental Compliance Senior Associate&nbsp;to join&nbsp;the Site Management Department.&nbsp;The Environmental Compliance Associate&nbsp;will be reporting to&nbsp;the Environmental Compliance Senior Manager.&nbsp;The successful candidate will be responsible to:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Ensure adherence to environmental policies, national and European regulations and Legislation, and to the Environmental requirements throughout the phases of the development, as member of the Environmental Compliance department.</li><li>Develop and enforce compliance strategies and foster a culture of environmental responsibility among the projects’ teams.</li><li>Manage compliance risks, define and monitor environmental targets and implement the procedures of the Environmental Management System according to ISO14001 international standard.</li><li>Oversee implementation of practices and measures for the minimization of environmental impacts and conduct audits to the active worksites and projects in the Ellinikon development program.</li><li>Understand the unique and specific risks of working on an active construction site.</li><li>Promote environmental practices within the Ellinikon company.</li></ul>&nbsp;In detail, the Environmental Compliance Senior Associate,&nbsp;amongst others, will have the following responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Implement the Employer’s Environmental Management System, according to ISO14001 international standard, update and develop environmental procedures, monitor performance and maintain registers of the respective data.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee the active projects of the Ellinikon development and conduct environmental audits, in the direction of ensuring compliance with the approved Environmental terms, the national Legislation and Regulations, and the Environmental Requirements of the Ellinikon Development.</li><li>Monitor, audit and evaluate environmental performance and report to the Management. Communicate effectively with the PMC, the Contractor(s) and the Ellinikon Environmental Compliance Department.</li><li>Report any deficiencies that may put the project at risk not meeting the minimum legal Environmental Compliance requirements as well as targets established for the overall construction program as well as individual projects. Register environmental data, issue environmental documentation and report accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate with the Contactor(s) on managing environmental issues of the project(s).
