To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team a highly motivated&nbsp;Senior Marketing Associate, Malls&nbsp;Our new colleague plays a key role in supporting and executing impactful campaigns and events that engage a diverse mix of audiences while strengthening brand purpose for Lamda Malls. He/she is responsible for upholding the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing and experiential marketing initiatives across all malls (The Mall Athens, Golden Hall, Designer Outlet, Mediterranean Cosmos). This includes implementing integrated marketing campaigns, experiential events, tenant support programs, and promotional activities that align with the overarching brand strategy and business objectives. Acting as a vital link between strategic planning and hands-on execution, the role collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality initiatives that enhance brand presence, customer engagement, and footfall across all malls.&nbsp;In detail, the&nbsp;Senior Marketing Associate, Malls, will support the Malls Marketing Department, in the following:&nbsp;Marketing Campaign Support:• Support the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns (ATL &amp; BTL)• Coordinate the production and rollout of marketing materials (e.g. campaign key visuals, radio spots, printed collateral) ensuring brand alignment• Liaise with advertising and production agencies to manage briefings, evaluate proposals, track deliverables, ensure timely delivery of all material across all touchpoints (ATL &amp; BTL).• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and analysis&nbsp;Events &amp; Experiential Marketing:• Support the creation of meaningful briefs to agencies and evaluating proposals for experiential events• Manage the production and adaptation of event communication materials• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess effectiveness and gather insights• Support the development of 360 communication plans to engage relevant audiences per event• Ensure the utilization of various marketing channels to amplify event reach and engagement• Assist in identifying new trends in experiential marketing related to retail&nbsp;Project Coordination &amp; Budget:• Maintain calendars, documentation, and timelines for marketing and event activities• Support budget tracking and reporting for both marketing and experiential events in collaboration with the Marketing &amp; Events Senior Manager• Assist in managing procurement processes, vendor coordination, and compliance with internal procedures• Track, analyze, and report on campaign/event performance and ROI using data insights&nbsp;Cross-Functional Collaboration:• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless project implementation• Maintain professional communication with external partners, vendors, and tenants to ensure high-quality and timely delivery&nbsp;You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:&nbsp;Academic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field. Senior Marketing Associate, Malls (1615)

To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team a highly motivated&nbsp;&nbsp;Marketing AssociateGolden Hall&nbsp;Our new colleague will be part of the Center Management team of Golden Hall, supporting the organization and proper execution of Center’s marketing activities with a main focus on our website and on tenants’ digital promotion.&nbsp;&nbsp;In detail, the Marketing Associate will support the Center Management team, in the following:&nbsp;<ul><li>Coordinate our website’s content in terms of products choice and upload, ensuring equal promotions’ opportunities among our tenants</li><li>Select products from our tenants’ websites, ensure all selected are available at their shops and upload them accordingly</li><li>Create articles, using tenants’ products, to be published at our website, as well as affiliate sites.</li><li>Write and edit products’ descriptions</li><li>Assist stylists for the Center’s photoshoots, as well as for affiliate media publications</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with tenants, while handling all related requests</li><li>Product selection for Digital Video Shooting</li><li>Theme selection and assistance for Fashion Video Shooting</li><li>Creating presentations twice a year, which include the promotion of each store associated with the material produced</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:&nbsp;Academic Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in styling or communication</li><li>Excellent command of the English language; any other language will be considered as an asset</li><li>Mastery in Photoshop and Design programs</li></ul>&nbsp;Professional Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Professional experience in a styling position, ideally in retail or Advertising / PR Company with focus on digital media</li><li>Knowledge of digital activities and requirements in relation to retail industry</li><li>Ability to write and proofreading creative copy in Greek and English</li><li>Knowledge and experience of design programs, data upload, and websites management</li></ul>&nbsp;On a personal side, the ideal candidate:&nbsp;<ul><li>Is proactive, well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented and accountable</li><li>Is able to work under pressure, juggles multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Is an excellent team player, with exceptional communication skills and enjoys working across multi-functional teams within our Company</li></ul>&nbsp;Our Company offers:&nbsp;Our vision is to bring to life the largest urban regeneration project in Europe.
