We are seeking a highly motivated&nbsp;AP &amp; OPEX Suppliers Assistant Accountant&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;Finance Department,&nbsp;AP &amp; Opex Suppliers team.&nbsp;Our new colleague in this position, amongst others, will have the following responsibilities, always complying with financial policies and regulations:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Manage accounting transactions in SAP</li><li>Work on the Mydata system in conjunction with SAP</li><li>Communicate with other departments of the group (buyers esp.) for timely and valid receipt of invoices, including special cases of foreign suppliers</li><li>Record invoices as well as any kind of expenses</li><li>Check accounts payable &amp; suppliers ledgers</li><li>Participate in the selection of due for payment invoices</li></ul>&nbsp;You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:&nbsp;Academic Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from Higher (AEI) or High (A.TEI)</li><li>Accounting Signature of Class B or above</li><li>Excellent command of the English language</li></ul>&nbsp;Professional Experience: <ul><li>3 to 5 years professional experience in accounting, preferably in the Real Estate industry, Construction, and/or Financial Services</li><li>Good knowledge and professional experience in Greek Accounting Standards</li><li>Knowledge and professional experience in IFRS will be considered a plus</li><li>Good EPR use and knowledge (SAP will be considered a plus)</li><li>Fluency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel functions&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;On a personal side, the ideal candidate demonstrates the following:&nbsp;<ul><li>Willingness to perform in a team environment and to meet closing deadlines</li><li>Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Strong ability to cooperate efficiently with various levels of management within our Company</li><li>Strong writing and oral communication skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities</li></ul>&nbsp;Our Company offers:&nbsp;Our vision is to bring to life the largest urban regeneration project in Europe. AP & OPEX Suppliers Assistant Accountant (1617)

We are seeking a highly motivated&nbsp;Consolidation and IFRS Accountant&nbsp;to join our Consolidation &amp; IFRS team. Our new colleague in this position will actively participate in the quarterly Group consolidation process, shall work on reconciliations and prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS.Our new colleague shall be reporting to the Consolidation and IFRS Manager.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In detail, our new colleague in this position, will:&nbsp;<ul><li>Support the preparation of the quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.</li><li>Prepare annual standalone financial statements in compliance with IFRS for Group subsidiaries.</li><li>Work on performing IFRS adjustments/entries, preparing consolidation and/or IFRS treatment memorandums.</li><li>Provide variance analyses and commentary on balance sheet and income statement changes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.</li><li>Administer, develop and improve the accuracy of consolidation tools, develop and implement best practice processes and systems in coordination with the senior members of the team.</li><li>Contribute to internal and external audits providing requested supporting documentation and reporting related to the consolidation process.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following:&nbsp;&nbsp;Academic Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>BSc in Business Administration / Accounting and Finance or in a relevant area of study.</li><li>A professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA/IFRS (or in progress), would be highly valued.</li><li>Good knowledge of IFRS &amp; Greek GAAP.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data query and financial tools.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language.</li></ul>&nbsp;Professional Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>2-3 years of relevant professional experience, in financial controlling or Accounting Dept, ideally gained in a relevant industry to our Company (i.e. auditing &amp; consulting companies / alternatively construction, real estate).</li><li>Experience in accounting procedures and financial reporting practices.</li><li>Good professional experience on financial systems (ideally SAP/BW/Oracle Hyperion).</li></ul>&nbsp;On a personal side, the ideal candidate:&nbsp;<ul><li>Is proactive, well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and accountable.</li><li>Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Is able to prioritize work according to tight financial deadlines.</li><li>Capable to handle multiple projects within the proposed time frames.</li><li>Has excellent communication skills &amp; enjoys working across multi-functional teams within our Company!</li></ul>&nbsp;Our Company offers:&nbsp;Our vision is to bring to life the largest urban regeneration project in Europe.
