About the RoleAs a Fire, Safety &amp; Rescue Services Operator , you will:<ul><li>Manage inquiries and orders for FSR services from shipping and ship management companies.</li><li>Coordinate vessel inspections, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.</li><li>Communicate and negotiate with service providers to establish strong partnerships.</li><li>Oversee credit control, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.</li><li>Track vessel certification deadlines and communicate these to clients for compliance.</li><li>Expand the maritime portfolio, playing an active role in elevating safety standards within the industry.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we're looking for:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field (preferred).</li><li>1-3 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry, service coordination, or a related role.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.</li><li>A team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;
