As a Director of Wellness you will…<ul><li>Develop and execute wellness strategies</li><li>Work as a key member of the hotel leadership team to ensure that the SPA forms a fundamental part of the overall guest experience at the hotel</li><li>Review and ensure implementation of operating manual, policies and procedures, health and safety standards</li><li>Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in work areas</li><li>Manage the Spa and team of therapists to reach set performance goals set</li><li>Trains staff members according to each therapy's protocol and ensures that these protocols are followed by everyone</li><li>Demonstrates superior knowledge of spa, wellness and holistic modalities</li><li>Hold Revenue management for all Spa services and ensure Spa profitability</li><li>Set and monitor individual and collective goals in accordance with the company's general incentive plan</li><li>Correlate guest satisfaction – guest experiences - repeat guest to higher profitability</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets</li><li>In consultation with the General Manager, determine wellness product grading for gym and spa (not limited to) advise on prioritization of renovations</li></ul>Entry Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or comparable spa management experience</li><li>Diploma/Current license in Spa therapies, like sound healing, watsu, sleeping classes etc</li><li>Formally trained in nutrition/biology</li><li>Knowledge of 5-star service standards</li><li>Effective application of spa staffing models</li><li>Proven ability to create and implement spa service menus</li><li>Knowledge of retail operations and inventory systems</li><li>Sales - revenue oriented</li><li>Effective leadership skills and a strong work ethic</li><li>Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously</li><li>Ability to collaborate with the rest of the hotel departments</li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>Single accommodation with AC, wi-fi, laundry access and&nbsp;access to our open-air gym</li><li>Continuous training opportunities (hard &amp; soft skills)</li><li>Free Counseling line for our employees and their relatives (mental health &amp; business psychology)</li><li>Discounted Mini Market prices at our Employee dedicated market</li><li>Three meals per day at the staff restaurant</li></ul>​Why be part of our journey?It is a unique chance for you to work in one of the fastest growing hotel groups in Greece, alongside dedicated colleagues and professionals.
