As a Sea Logistics Trade Specialist at Kuehne Nagel you are responsible for volume and yield development, carrier negotiation, contract management, and market analysis within the India Subcontinent–Europe trade. Ensure competitive service offerings and manage carrier allocations while supporting country organizations in strategy execution.Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Volume &amp; Yield Development – Enhance KN market share and profitability in alignment with Roadmap 2026.&nbsp;</li><li>Carrier Management &amp; Negotiation – Procure and manage contracts with nominated carriers, ensuring service excellence and cost efficiency.&nbsp;</li><li>Market Analysis &amp; Strategy– Analyze trends, develop predictive pricing methodologies, and support country-level go-to-market strategies.&nbsp;</li><li>Client &amp; Country Engagement – Actively engage with clients, review local markets, and oversee contract implementation.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Initiatives – Work closely with Sales, Key Account Management (KAM), and Sea Freight teams to drive growth and align with strategic initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>RFQ Ownership – Lead the quotation process and manage key target clients with Sales and Country Management.&nbsp;</li></ul>Your Skills and Experiences<ul><li>Experience – 5+ years in Trade Management with proven expertise in volume growth, yield development, and operational sea freight knowledge.&nbsp;</li><li>Strategic &amp; Analytical Skills– Strong market analysis, contract management, and forecasting abilities using intelligence tools (e.g., SCFI, Xeneta).&nbsp;</li><li>Commercial &amp; Negotiation Skills – High proficiency in stakeholder management, RFQ processes, and key account engagement.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Leadership – Ability to work cross-regionally, support strategic initiatives, and align with KN Roadmap 2026.&nbsp;</li><li>Operational Agility – Comfortable in fast-paced environments, willing to travel frequently for market reviews and client engagements.&nbsp;</li><li>Language – Fluency in English is mandatory.&nbsp;</li></ul>About Kuehne+NagelWith over 79.000 employees at some 1,300 locations in over 100 countries, the Kuehne+Nagel Group is one of the world’s leading logistics companies. Global Sea Logistics Trade Specialist (Athens)

The Global Pricing Analyst is responsible for offering comprehensive pricing packages to customers through the partnership with internal and external stakeholders. This includes the management and the execution of the Pricing process by enhancing the coherence and knowledge among the various stakeholders. It is a highly analytical role that requires to consider data from multiple sources and develop complex pricing models that reflect margins as well as total spending while giving awareness for management decisions.Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure Global Pricing Process execution and adherence</li><li>Analysis of assigned RFQ and flag special requirements</li><li>Actively execute the launch of directly controlled RFQ’s</li><li>Take full accountability for the RFQs completion assigned</li><li>Run data quality analyses on the information received before final submission</li><li>Formulate timely and accurate responses to Global RFQs</li><li>Care taking of bunker formulas and rate adjustments (index)</li><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of Statistics for assigned area of responsibility</li><li>Ensure completeness and accuracy of TQT / SeaTender database elements</li></ul>Your Skills and Experiences<ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Business, Shipping or Logistics</li><li>At least five (5) years relevant experience</li><li>Very good knowledge of freight forwarding ,import and export, LCL and FCL</li><li>Solid MS Office applications experience and skills, especially Excel</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.</li></ul>About Kuehne+NagelWith over 79.000 employees at some 1,300 locations in over 100 countries, the Kuehne+Nagel Group is one of the world’s leading logistics companies.
