Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα αναλάβει τη διαχείριση και ψηφιοποίηση δεδομένων στο SAP, καθώς και τη συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα για την ομαλή λειτουργία και αποδοτικότητα των διαδικασιών της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας.Κύριες Aρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Εισαγωγή &amp; Συντήρηση κωδικών προϊόντων στο SAP</li><li>Ψηφιοποίηση δεδομένων μέσω PIM (Master &amp; Logistics Data, φωτογραφίες κλπ)</li><li>Εμπλουτισμός τεχνικών χαρακτηριστικών (ETIM Classification)</li><li>Έλεγχος διαδικασιών και συστημάτων για την ορθή λειτουργία τους (Monitoring)</li><li>Προτάσεις &amp; λύσεις για την βέλτιστη λειτουργία των συστημάτων, με σκοπό την ταχύτερη εξυπηρέτηση του «εσωτερικού» αλλά και του τελικού πελάτη</li><li>Reporting για την αποτελεσματικότητα και την αξιολόγηση των εργασιών του τμήματος</li><li>Ανάγνωση και ανάλυση δεικτών</li><li>Επικοινωνία &amp; συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας και τους προμηθευτές.</li></ul>Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Καλή γνώση MS Office</li><li>Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και ομαδικής συνεργασίας</li><li>Αυτοπαρακίνηση και προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα</li><li>Ικανότητα τήρησης διαδικασιών και υποβολής προτάσεων βελτίωσης.</li></ul>Επιπλέον Προσόντα:<ul><li>Πτυχίο Ηλεκτρολογίας ή συναφούς αντικειμένου</li><li>Εμπειρία ή γνώση SAP</li><li>0-3 χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση.</li></ul>Προσφέρουμε:<ul><li>Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών και παροχών</li><li>Εργασία σε σύγχρονο, δυναμικό &amp; πολύ-βραβευμένο περιβάλλον (βράβευση για 10η φορά στο θεσμό Best Workplace)</li><li>Δυνατότητες &amp; προοπτικές για μάθηση &amp; εξέλιξη</li></ul>ΑΙΤΗΣΗ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ

Material Data Coordinator

Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Serving as part of the team of the business relationship link between the eCommerce team, IT and related agencies at the executive level</li><li>Overseeing the launch of solutions and helping to maximize the positive impact on the eCommerce team</li><li>Sharing knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the eCommerce functionalities</li><li>Defining opportunities and identifying and prioritizing projects based on predefined criteria in partnership with the eCommerce team</li><li>Providing support in delivering technology products that meet the needs of the business</li><li>Working hands-on to deliver small scale, but urgent, development projects (e.g., custom landing pages), taking advantage of CMS platform (Magento2 Enterprise)</li><li>Working with all relevant technical teams to meet Business needs, according to organizational standards and compliance objectives</li></ul>Prerequisites<ul><li>University or Technical University Degree related to Information Technology, Computer Science</li><li>2+ years of proven experience in Digital / eCommerce Business Solutions in a challenging organization</li><li>Proven track record of delivering successful IT ecommerce projects with an impact on business.</li><li>Experience in Magento e-Commerce CMS Solution administration and Web Design technologies</li><li>Understanding of front/backend Web methodologies.</li><li>Business Analytical skills</li><li>Communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (written and oral)</li></ul>The Company offers&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Private Medical Plan</li><li>Prospects of development</li><li>Continuous training and working on latest technology platforms</li></ul>ΑΙΤΗΣΗ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ
