About the Role: As an IT Digital Commerce Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of KAFKAS’ digital platforms across B2B and B2C domains. You will coordinate project activities, align internal and external stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence across all digital initiatives. You will play a key role in driving clarity across projects, tracking progress, supporting testing and validation processes, and ensuring that platform deliveries meet business expectations and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate the delivery and evolution of our digital platforms (B2B &amp; B2C), ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions</li><li>Collaborate closely with business units, project managers, and vendors to translate functional requirements into clear and actionable plans</li><li>Manage the day-to-day coordination of internal and external stakeholders across digital initiatives, tracking progress, identifying blockers, and escalating issues when necessary</li><li>Maintain structure and visibility across project streams by tracking timelines, dependencies, and risks</li><li>Review and validate business and technical specifications, ensuring completeness and feasibility before implementation</li><li>Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops to drive alignment, ownership, and timely delivery of actions</li><li>Participate in architectural and technical discussions, supporting the bridge between business goals and technology strategies</li><li>Support testing, user acceptance processes, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards</li><li>Monitor the performance of digital platforms, gather feedback, and contribute improvement ideas based on data and best practices</li><li>Contribute to the definition and execution of the digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>4+ years of relevant experience in IT project coordination or digital platform delivery, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or B2B environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of systems architecture, integrations, and digital/web technologies (technical background is considered a plus but not mandatory)</li><li>Experience coordinating the delivery of complex digital initiatives and working with cross-functional teams</li><li>Familiarity with B2B and B2C business models and customer-facing technologies</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, both in Greek and English</li><li>Analytical thinking and high attention to detail; ability to review specifications and requirements effectively</li><li>Proactive, self-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li><li>Hands-on experience with project collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Teams) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices is a plus.</li></ul>What to Expect from Us:<ul><li>Competitive salary &amp; benefits&nbsp;package</li><li>Work in an award-winning company (Best Workplace in Greece for 10 years)</li><li>Be part of an innovative and growing team</li><li>Learning &amp; career development opportunities</li></ul><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="accordion__btn link link--button link--yellow-solid link--svg link--svg-right" href="https://apply.smartcv.co/kafkas/job/x121">ΑΙΤΗΣΗ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ</a>

About the Role:We are seeking a capable and motivated&nbsp;Junior D365 CRM Developer, with task management qualities, to join our team. This position is well-suited for individuals who are dedicated to utilizing technology, to enhance business processes and are eager to contribute to a variety of challenging projects.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible for<ul><li>Overseeing the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Microsoft D365 CRM application to ensure optimal performance and functionality.</li><li>Implement small scale developments in CRM, PowerApps/PowerAutomate under guidance of internal senior developer resources.</li><li>Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Facilitating effective communication to ensure all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and service partners.</li><li>Preparing and providing necessary documentation for implementations for training and archiving purposes.</li><li>Delivering training programs for end users to enhance their understanding and usage of the D365 CRM application. Provide ongoing support and expert advice to ensure users are proficient and confident in their roles.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Between 0-1 years of experience in D365 Sales/ Customer Service/ Marketing.</li><li>Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
