On behalf of our international client, a company with 30 years of experience and around 300 employees, specializing in innovative SAP solutions on a global scale, we are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join their Greek branch. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing projects and go-to-market strategies based on data insights, collaborating closely with global and local marketing teams as well as data analytics teams.</li><li>Ensure alignment and effective communication among all stakeholders to drive project success.</li><li>Proactively identify gaps in business metrics and user behavior trends, setting up infrastructure to alert business leaders about emerging trends and patterns.</li><li>Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights that inform marketing strategies.</li><li>Leverage deep expertise in digital marketing channels (Paid, SEO, Lifecycle) to optimize campaign performance.</li><li>Use tools such as Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, MMPs, and social listening platforms to monitor and analyze marketing effectiveness.</li><li>Translate data findings into clear, strategic recommendations for marketing initiatives and business decisions.</li><li>Lead cross-functional collaboration and, where applicable, mentor junior team members to ensure high performance and alignment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience working in international environments with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated success in business development, partnerships, or sales.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities.</li><li>Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and associated analytics tools.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.</li><li>Experience working remotely and in startup environments is a plus.</li></ul>
