We are looking for Senior SAP Developers that will be working on SAP ABAP or PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) and leading a team of junior developers. #AboutYourTeamYou will focus on carrying out actively and responsibly the technical support activities assigned to you. Acting with progressively increasing autonomy within teams, you will be responsible for the quality of your work and its alignment with the clients’ priorities, targets and needs.You will get the chance to share your experience and knowledge with your colleagues in Thessaloniki and abroad and help realizing our ambition: “make an impact that matters”.As an ABAP developer you will be expected to:<ul><li>Analyze and understand business requirements and provide technical solutions</li><li>Design, develop and implement SAP solutions using ABAP, ABAP Objects, Dictionary, WebDynpro, Enhancements, BAdIs, BAPIs, IDocs, Function Modules, ALV Designs, Snotes, Batch Input, ADT(ABAP Development Toll) Screens and other SAP technologies</li><li>Customize SAP solutions to other business requirements</li><li>Collaborate with other teams to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems</li><li>Develop and maintain technical specifications and test cases</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner</li><li>Mentor and guide junior SAP Developers</li><li>Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and performance</li><li>Start with new SAP technologies and industry best practices</li><li>Participate in project planning and estimation</li><li>Communicate project status and escalate issues to management</li><li>Develop and maintain project documentation</li></ul>#OurRequierementsKey QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP ABAP Development and a good understanding of SAP technologies, including SAP Fiori, S/4HANA and SAP HANA.<ul><li>Have 3+ years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer</li><li>Knowledge of ABAP, PO/PI and Fiori</li><li>SAP PO integration experience on S/4 HANA implementations</li><li>Knowledge of the Relational Database concepts</li><li>Familiarity with the representation of structured data (eg XML or JSON )</li><li>Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills by dealing with development issues</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Understand data structures and algorithms</li></ul>Bonus QualificationsWe appreciate the following set of additional knowledge:<ul><li>Italian language</li></ul>Most of all we appreciate and value excellent analytical skills, problem solving, self-management capacities and a strong goal-oriented inclination. &nbsp;#WhoWeAreLookingForIndividuals who have a&nbsp;strong will&nbsp;to expand their knowledge of new technologies, a&nbsp;passion&nbsp;to grow within the company and&nbsp;aspirations&nbsp;for career growth.
