Ο οδηγός είναι υπεύθυνος για την παράδοση και παραλαβή δεδομένων από τοποθεσίες πελατών στις εγκαταστάσεις της Iron Mountain ή αντιστρόφως, καθώς και για ενδοδιακίνηση. Ο υπάλληλος θα πρέπει να είναι σε συμμόρφωση με το Κώδικα Δεοντολογίας και Ηθικής Συμπεριφοράς της Iron Mountain.Κύρια Καθήκοντα<ul><li>Οδήγηση οχήματος στα προγραμματισμένα δρομολόγια για παράδοση και παραλαβή δεδομένων σύμφωνα με τους χρόνους ανταπόκρισης που απαιτεί ο πελάτης.</li><li>Φόρτωση και εκφόρτωση χαρτοκιβωτίων/αρχείων στα Κέντρα Διαχείρισης της Iron Mountain, με ασφαλή και ακριβή τρόπο.</li><li>Άρση/μεταφορά χαρτοκιβωτίων/αρχείων από το όχημα σε προσυμφωνημένες τοποθεσίες παραλαβής του πελάτη, με ασφαλή και ακριβή τρόπο.</li><li>Παραλαβή, έλεγχος ποσοτήτων και υπογραφή συνοδευτικών δελτίων αποστολής ή και έκδοση δελτίου ποσοτικής παραλαβής (αν απαιτείται).</li></ul>

The Customer Excellence Representative is responsible for providing superior customer service through coordination, monitoring, control and resolution of escalated customer issues for all service lines. Analyze requests for customer support and implement solutions. Ensure that customer requirements are resolved in accordance with service level agreements and performance metrics including first call or first contact resolutionResponsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for receipt and ownership of Customer issues and requests. Review, analyze and resolve customer inquiries in a first call or contact resolution.</li><li>Edit customers account information.</li><li>Review issues and/or needs, identify trends, make decisions and recommendations on how to resolve issues.</li><li>Receive and resolve customer invoice and billing related questions.</li><li>Generate proprietary customer reports such as activity reports and negative growth for Account Managers.
