As our new Consolidation Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in the preparation of accurate and timely Group consolidated financial statements. You will work closely with cross-functional and international finance teams, ensuring the proper consolidation of all Group entities in line with IFRS and internal reporting standards.Job requirementsWhat you ‘ll be doing:<ul><li>Oversee and review the standalone financial statements of Group subsidiaries, ensuring full compliance with IFRS and Group Accounting Policies; provide guidance and approve corrective actions where required.</li></ul><ul><li>Drive the reconciliation and input entries of BS intercompany transactions and P&amp;L items.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate and support local finance controllers worldwide, acting as their primary point of contact for reporting, cash flow preparation and accounting policy alignment.</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in the consolidation process and Group Financial Statements preparation: be in charge for the preparation and input of Elimination entries in HFM for Group Consolidation purposes.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in the preparation of disclosures/notes for the Group Financial Statements</li></ul><ul><li>Drive internal reporting initiatives, preparing insightful financial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variance analyses to support management decision-making.</li></ul>What You’ll Need to Succeed:<ul><li>University Degree in Finance or Accounting.</li><li>4+ years of professional experience in similar role or external auditing of statutory financial statements.</li><li>Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).</li><li>Excellent use of MS Excel. &nbsp;</li><li>Strong people management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.</li><li>Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken.&nbsp;</li></ul>We would appreciate if you have:<ul><li>A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>A professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA, ACA, or working towards such a qualification.</li></ul>About Us: INTRALOT, a publicly listed company established in 1992, is a leading gaming solutions supplier and operator active in 40 regulated jurisdictions worldwide. Consolidation Accounting Manager

As a Senior FP&amp;A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial insight, performance management, and strategic decision-making across our global business units. You will manage and support the preparation of business plans, financial models, and reporting frameworks from the ground up — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and impact at every levelJob requirementsKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, consolidate, and manage the Group Business Plan and long-term financial models.</li><li>Partner with regional finance teams and business leaders to analyze subsidiary performance, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.</li><li>Build and automate management reporting processes and dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making.</li><li>Drive the preparation of Group financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.</li><li>Conduct detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, investments, and new market entries.</li><li>Ensure consistency and quality in financial reporting across regions.</li><li>Collaborate with accounting, operations, and commercial teams to deliver actionable insights and business recommendations.</li></ul>&nbsp;What You’ll Need to Succeed:<ul><li>5+ years of relevant experience in FP&amp;A, business planning, or corporate finance, ideally within a multinational business or consulting (Big 4) environment.</li><li>Proven ability to build financial reporting and analysis processes from scratch in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li><li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.</li><li>Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.</li><li>A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.</li></ul>&nbsp;We would appreciate it if you are:<ul><li>&nbsp;A qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent).</li></ul>&nbsp;
