We are seeking a Head of Security Operations, being responsible for protecting the organization’s digital assets by ensuring continuous visibility and rapid response to cyber threats.Location: Kato Kifisia<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Oversee continuous monitoring, timely detection, and effective response to cybersecurity threats and incidents</li><li>Maintain the availability and effectiveness of security infrastructure and tools, including SIEM, EDR, and firewalls</li><li>Lead the organization’s response to security incidents, ensuring timely containment, thorough investigation, and effective recovery</li><li>Integrate threat intelligence into operations to proactively identify and mitigate risks</li><li>Optimize processes, tools, and team capabilities to enhance detection and response maturity</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or related discipline</li><li>Master’s degree in information security or related discipline</li><li>Minimum 7 years previous experience in hands-on experience in security monitoring, incident response, threat detection and SOC management</li><li>Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, defining operational KPIs, and leading high-pressure incident response efforts</li><li>Experience in leading and coordinating responses to major security incidents, including post-incident analysis and executive reporting</li><li>Knowledge of information security standards and best practices</li><li>Strong expertise in SIEM solutions</li><li>Certifications and training in specific defense solutions</li><li>Certified in CISSP, GSOM, GSOC, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA</li></ul>Key skills/attributes<ul><li>Team leadership</li><li>Organizational and time management skills</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Accountability and results orientation</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability in a complex working environment</li></ul>&nbsp;
