Αρμοδιότητες <ul><li>Συμμετοχή στην τεκμηρίωση και οργάνωση IT διαδικασιών και πολιτικών</li><li>Συνεισφορά στη δημιουργία και ενημέρωση προτύπων εγγράφων και οδηγιών</li><li>Υποστήριξη στην παρακολούθηση τεχνολογικών λύσεων και εργαλείων για εσωτερική χρήση</li><li>Συμμετοχή σε έργα πληροφορικής (ψηφιοποίηση διαδικασιών, εργαλεία παραγωγικότητας, λογιστικά συστήματα κ.α.)</li><li>Υποστήριξη σε εκπαιδεύσεις και οδηγίες χρήσης εργαλείων/εφαρμογών</li><li>Υποστήριξη με τις διάφορες εφαρμογές, λογισμικά, πλατφόρμες που χρησιμοποιεί ο οργανισμός</li><li>Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης στους χρήστες της εταιρείας (σε software, δίκτυο), όταν απαιτείται</li><li>Αριστη συνεργασία με τα μέλη της ομάδας IT, καθώς και με τα άλλα τμήματα της εταιρείας</li></ul>Εμπειρία &amp; γνώσεις <ul><li>BSc / MSc Πληροφορικής, Μηχανικών Υπολογιστών ή άλλου σχετικού αντικειμένου</li><li>Προϋπηρεσία 1–3 ετών σε σχετική θέση σε IT περιβάλλον</li><li>Καλή γνώση MS Office και βασικών εργαλείων διαχείρισης αρχείων και ροών εργασίας</li><li>Γνώση και/ή ενασχόληση με ERP &amp; CRM συστήματα</li><li>Καλή γνώση Διαχείρισης Windows Server (Active Directory, Domain)</li><li>Γνώση βασικών αρχών ITIL ή ISO</li><li>Οικειότητα με cloud υπηρεσίες (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive)</li><li>Συμμετοχή σε ακαδημαϊκά ή επαγγελματικά έργα σχετιζόμενα με IT documentation ή digitalization</li><li>Προσωπική ενασχόληση με project management ή productivity tools (π.χ. IT Processes & Standards Officer

You are responsible for <ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring an engaging and seamless shopping experience</li><li>Suggesting, planning &amp; executing online activities in close cooperation with the Commercial and Marketing teams</li><li>Manage the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including website maintenance, and content updates</li><li>Prices and discounts management in cooperation with the Commercial department</li><li>Works closely with internal &amp; external teams to provide solutions on UI &amp; UX issues, propose and implement improvements</li><li>Communicates with third party vendors and internal stakeholders on systems requirements, enhancements, and recommendations to support the business</li><li>Data driven decisions through google analytics</li><li>Research emerging technologies and best practices in e-commerce</li></ul>Your Education &amp; Qualifications are <ul><li>3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, E-commerce Manager, or similar role</li><li>Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Custom cms solutions, Skroutz marketplace, ERP – Entersoft)</li><li>Experience in FMCG or retail or fashion sector will be consider an asset</li><li>Strong understanding of UX/UI, digital marketing, and SEO</li><li>Experience using Google analytics and optimization tools</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools</li><li>Experience managing digital product inventory</li></ul>You are a professional with <ul><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills</li><li>Strong presentation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities</li><li>Able to follow and implement new trends &amp; best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing</li></ul>The company offers <ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Opportunities for training and skill development</li><li>Involvement in innovative projects and career growth opportunities</li><li>Excellent and highly organised international working environment</li></ul>
