SKY express is currently seeking to hire a Repair Administrator for aviation parts to join our technical team. This role will provide Supply chain support within our CAMO and line maintenance teams for a wide range of aircraft parts. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities and profile:Role Description:<ul><li>Generate Repair and Warranty orders for aircraft parts &amp; Tools.</li><li>Knowledgeable with trace docs. (optional).</li><li>Adherence to Not To Exceed repair quotes for approvals.</li><li>Administration and prioritization of Repair Requests, Request for quotes and to generate repair orders.</li><li>Data entry to include repair orders, status updates, vendor quotes, and competitive price information.</li><li>Daily vendor communication to support resolution of discrepancies, better pricing and expedite orders to support line maintenance.</li><li>Work with the accounting dept to solve any invoice issues.</li><li>Work with the Inventory Locator System, and other MRO’s to find repair vendors.</li></ul>Skill set:<ul><li>Aviation experience desirable however not essential.</li><li>Degree of Business Administrator from an accredited University (Optional).</li><li>Military obligations fulfilled in case of a male candidate.</li><li>Sales Support role, or quoting role, or a combination of these roles.</li><li>The Repair Administrator must demonstrate a superior ability to positively relate to and communicate with vendors.</li><li>Reliable and able to multitask on fast pace environment.</li><li>Advanced MS office Skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Good level in written and spoken English language.</li></ul>If you consider yourself an enthusiastic professional that wishes to become a part of the fastest – growing and greenest Greek airline, please send us your CV.Applicants are requested to attach their CVs in PDF format&nbsp;ONLY.The personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
