Junior Quality Engineer

Develop and implement efficient work processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize waste.&nbsp;Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.&nbsp;Recruit, train, and supervise stewarding employees, ensuring they adhere to resort standards and policies.&nbsp;Oversee the inventory of kitchen supplies, including cleaning agents, detergents, and equipment.&nbsp;Assist in preparing and managing the stewarding department budget.&nbsp;Work closely with other departments, including culinary, food and beverage, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations.&nbsp;What will you bring?3 Years’ experience in 5-star hotel and/or large banquet and event areas.&nbsp;HACCP accreditation.&nbsp;Fluent in the English language.
