Κύριος στόχος είναι η κάλυψη των εξατομικευμένων αναγκών του εκάστοτε πελάτη μέσω σύγχρονων προσεγγίσεων και πρακτικών, διασφαλίζοντας ένα υψηλού επιπέδου αποτέλεσμα.Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Εκτέλεση θεραπειών προσώπου, αποτρίχωσης και μανικιούρ/ πεντικιούρ.</li><li>Ενημέρωση των επισκεπτών αναφορικά με το πρωτόκολλο θεραπείας.</li><li>Διασφάλιση και εφαρμογή των υψηλότερων προτύπων φροντίδας και εξυπηρέτησης.</li><li>Φιλική, ευγενική και αποτελεσματική προσέγγιση κάθε επισκέπτη.</li><li>Συμμετοχή σε κάθε εργασία που σχετίζεται με το spa ανάλογα με τις εκάστοτε ανάγκες.</li></ul>Απαραίτητα προσόντα:<ul><li>Πιστοποίηση / πτυχίο αισθητικού</li><li>Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε spa ξενοδοχειακής μονάδας</li><li>Γνώση θεραπειών προσώπου, αποτρίχωσης και βασικού μασάζ</li><li>Γνώση μανικιούρ και πεντικιούρ (μόνιμο / ημιμόνιμο)εάν υπάρχει θα εκτιμηθεί</li><li>Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (σε προφορικό επίπεδο) /η γνώση δεύτερης και τρίτης ξένης γλώσσας θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαιτέρως</li></ul>Αναγκαίες δεξιότητες και αξίες:<ul><li>Καλή και άνετη επικοινωνία με πελάτες</li><li>Ενεργητικότητα</li></ul><ul><li>Επαγγελματισμός/ Υπευθυνότητα</li><li>Κριτική σκέψη και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων</li><li>Ευελιξία/ προσαρμοστικότητα στις συνεχείς αλλαγές</li><li>Ικανότητα αντιμετώπισης παραπόνων και κριτικών</li></ul>
