Communicate continuously with clients, contact and negotiate with suppliers to assist with setup; arrange the delivery of materials and decorations on time, and collaborate efficiently with her colleagues (hotel staff).Applicant’s main accountabilities:<ul><li>Know the prerequisites of each event and implement new concepts and ideas</li><li>Handle relevant costs with efficiency according to the provided budget</li><li>Search for the appropriate vendors and negotiate with them</li><li>Work closely with the hotels’ line managers to arrange the staffing and the creation of the event</li><li>Cooperate and give directions to the hotels’ staff to meet the needs of each event</li><li>Ensure the highest standards of guest care is maintained</li><li>Provide a friendly, efficient and courteous service at all times</li><li>Ensure the success of an event by providing a detailed and discreet supervision before and during the wedding or the event.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul>Applicant’s main qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field</li><li>Excellent command of English language.
