Currently we are searching to hire a&nbsp;Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for leading renewable energy projects (wind, PV, BESS, PSH) during the development stage. Epsilon Net Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&amp;A Analyst to join our Finance Division and support the Group’s strategic decision-making.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, performance monitoring, and business partnering with senior leadership, contributing directly to the Group’s continued growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support and contribute to the annual budgeting process, forecasting cycles, and financial planning.</li><li>Develop insightful financial models, presentations, and dashboards to support strategic initiatives and business reviews.</li><li>Collaborate directly with C-level management, providing clear, well-structured analyses and recommendations to support informed decision-making.</li><li>Maintain high standards of financial governance, ensuring full compliance with IFRS and internal reporting policies.</li><li>Utilize BI tools to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and visualization quality.</li><li>Act as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of financial insights and proactive support.</li><li>Assist in developing executive-ready presentations for management, the Board, and investors, contributing to clarity, accuracy, and strategic messaging.</li><li>Support the preparation of investment cases, scenario analyses, and performance bridges for strategic and investor-related discussions.</li><li>Contribute to transforming complex financial data into concise, visually compelling insights and slides for senior leadership.</li><li>Assist management in communications with investors and external advisors, helping ensure alignment and consistency across financial narratives and reporting materials.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate qualification will be considered an asset.</li><li>5–8 years of professional experience in FP&amp;A, financial analysis, or similar finance roles, ideally within a multinational environment or the IT / technology sector.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling.</li><li>Strong understanding of IFRS and corporate reporting frameworks.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP and reporting systems is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent analytical capabilities with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.</li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, with proven experience delivering content to senior executives.</li><li>High level of professionalism, business acumen, and integrity, coupled with a proactive and collaborative working style.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary &amp; benefits package.</li><li>Ongoing training &amp; career development (Epsilon Training &amp; Epsilon College).</li><li>Private medical insurance &amp; psychological support services.</li><li>Multi-awarded workplace (Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in Europe 2024, Best Workplace in Technology, Best Workplaces for Women).</li></ul>
