G4S Hellas Holding, a member of Allied Universal ® - the world’s leading integrated security company, is looking for an experienced and data-oriented Finance &amp; Accounting Supervisor to oversee and manage our general accounting operations.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct regular internal audits and financial reviews of all accounting records and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance</li><li>Perform various month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines</li><li>Reconcile balance sheet accounts and oversee intercompany balances and transactions</li><li>Meticulously track accruals and prepayments with thorough documentation and calculations</li><li>Calculate, review, and ensure compliance with VAT and other relevant taxes</li><li>Continuously evaluate current accounting processes and propose improvements for optimization.</li><li>Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures in accordance with Greek GAAP</li><li>Lead the annual budget preparation process, coordinating with various departments to gather input and finalize organizational budgets. Monitor budget performance by analyzing actual results versus budget/forecasts, providing variance explanations to management</li><li>Develop and maintain accurate rolling cash flow forecasts (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to manage liquidity, identify funding needs, and optimize working capital. Monitor bank balances and perform treasury-related reconciliations</li><li>Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows.
