The right candidate will:&nbsp;<ul><li>Collaborate mainly with top management and with internal stakeholders to analyze complex needs and define best practices to translate business requirements into functional system processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with existing ERP software (Entersoft), recommending and using the latest technologies, to elevate business expectations and goals through the company’s analysis and deep – constantly updated knowledge.&nbsp;</li><li>Interact with the business, markets, the company, the IT department, and top management.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with company’s leadership on customization of the platform for alignment with critical business processes and workflow, while also working with corporate information systems team on backend integration.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in developing processes and procedures that will improve user experience for customers, partners and employees across all digital touch points.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and provide training for the use of the ERP, including creating and maintaining the process and training documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Advise leadership on potential business impact of new technologies and systems towards improving efficiencies and/or strengthens internal controls&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in or create other projects as required such as B2B e-commerce platform development, mobile applications, marketing automation software implementation, price monitoring software implementation, etc.&nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information technology or IT related field in a good foundation&nbsp;</li><li>Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or MBA will be considered an asset&nbsp;</li><li>A min of 3 years’ hands-on experience in Business Analysis based on ERP systems and custom configuration and/or integration&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with ERP is essential – Entersoft preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of ERP functionalities in Finance, Procurement, Sales, Facilities Management and how business processes work and integrate in an ERP environment&nbsp;</li><li>Very good knowledge and practical usage of MS Office tools&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Strong business acumen, numerical skills &amp; commercial awareness&nbsp;</li><li>Business &amp; Technical solutions orientation&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent use of written and spoken English&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to convey information clearly to users and grasp perceived difficulties&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with efficiency in communicating process changes and improvements to all levels of the team cross-functionally (interpersonal efficiency) as well as present findings to top management&nbsp;</li></ul>Benefits:&nbsp;<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package&nbsp;</li><li>Opportunity for professional development into business/sales positions within the company&nbsp;</li><li>Friendly, modern and organized work environment&nbsp;</li></ul>
