The Office Administrator &amp; Sales Support role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the office while providing essential administrative support to the sales function for Distributor Markets. This position is responsible for maintaining a well-organized workplace, supporting internal events, overseeing office health &amp; safety protocols, and assisting the sales team with key administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Include:Facilities Management<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, safe, and well-functioning workspace.</li><li>Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and facility needs.</li><li>Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring availability and cost efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate office access, security badges, meeting room logistics, and visitor management.</li></ul>Event Organization Support<ul><li>Assist in planning and delivering internal events, meetings, and team activities.</li><li>Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, materials, and schedules.</li><li>Support company-wide events, workshops, and external partner gatherings as needed. </li></ul>Health &amp; Safety Oversight<ul><li>Act as the office Health &amp; Safety point of contact.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company safety policies and local regulations.</li><li>Maintain emergency procedures, first-aid supplies, fire wardens, and safety documentation.</li><li>Conduct periodic safety checks and support H&amp;S training or drills.</li></ul>Sales Administration<ul><li>Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team serving Distributor Markets.</li><li>Assist with order processing, documentation, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and sales materials as requested.</li><li>Communicate with distributors to ensure timely follow-up, documentation, and resolution of administrative needs.</li><li>Support the sales team with data entry, contract tracking, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.</li></ul>So, what does it take to be successful in this role?Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration, sales support, or a similar role.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRM systems).</li><li>Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.</li><li>Knowledge of health &amp; safety practices (preferred but not required; training can be provided).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification).</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English language</li></ul>
