Everllence Hellas Ltd. is looking for an&nbsp;Account Manager for our offices in Piraeus.The Account Manager duty is to handle and to be responsible for a specific number of customer accounts in the Greek territory and will promote product and service portfolio for all Strategic Business Units represented by&nbsp;Everllence Hellas.Your responsibilities include<ul><li>Developing and implementing strategic plans for assigned accounts, in line with company objectives, to grow revenue in a profitable and sustainable way both short and long term.</li><li>Organize meetings, presentations and demonstrations to Business customers promoting epic services.</li><li>Promoting and Selling Diesel Engine Components, Upgrade Systems, Academy courses, technical service and similar packages</li><li>Prepare and provide required sales documentation and promotional material to customers.</li><li>Coordinating with functional groups and different levels of employees throughout the global organization to effectively and professionally achieve results</li><li>Meeting annual sales targets plus other Key performance indicators</li><li>Following up on sales quotations, negotiating and visiting customers based on a weekly plan and company processes</li><li>Closely liaising with ship owner and vessel management companies, handling their questions and disputes, and providing technical support in coordination with technical department</li><li>Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner</li><li>Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.</li><li>Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.</li><li>Assist in structuring business channel’s strategy and recommend ideas to enhance market competitiveness.</li><li>Identification of new business opportunities through market analysis and customer feedback</li><li>Identifying and developing prospect opportunities for the complete portfolio of products and services</li></ul>You can help us with these qualifications<ul><li>University degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Minimum 5 years of Sales experience, preferably in Maritime industry or multinational company therefore Strong customer-focus and sales-driven</li><li>Knowledge of diesel engine(s)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skills</li><li>Autonomy and proactiveness capacity</li><li>Good analysis and problem-solving capacity</li><li>Good team work and corporation skills</li><li>Master or Business Management Degree will be considered an asset</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications</li><li>Excellent command of English language, oral and written</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Learning OpportunitiesWe offer you a fun and challenging job in a driven and exciting environment.
