We are seeking a dynamic and experienced&nbsp;Employee Benefits Officer&nbsp;to join our team, with strong market knowledge and desire to excel in a challenging and fast-paced environment.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage incoming calls and emails, providing guidance on group health policies and pension plans.</li><li>Assist with claims processing and ensure successful handling of compensation claims.</li><li>Serve as the main contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries related to employee benefits.</li><li>Maintain relationships with carriers and vendors, negotiating competitive rates and ensuring service quality.</li><li>Analyze client needs, design suitable health plans, and research the insurance market.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee data and compliance with privacy regulations.</li><li>Conduct final reviews and data entry for insurance documents.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field</li><li>5+ years’ experience in a similar position</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed</li><li>Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness</li><li>Analytical thinking and strong organizational skills</li><li>Result orientation and self-initiative with proven ability to achieve goals under pressure within strict time limits &amp; quality standards</li><li>Motivation for continuous improvement and development</li><li>Strong detail-orientation and resourceful mindset</li></ul>What we offerOur goal is to attract the best of the best and to ensure that our people enjoy their work environment.
