We are&nbsp;looking for an&nbsp;HR &amp; Payroll Support Consultant&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;to join our high caliber team.Your contribution to the success of the team<ul><li>Provide consulting expertise for Payroll software</li><li>Provide guidance on business processes based upon sound understanding of key functions within HR including Payroll</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve HR &amp; Payroll issues for both customers and partners and update ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner</li><li>Design, develop and deliver end user training</li><li>Maintain up to date documentation of implemented solutions</li><li>Keeping updated with changes in government regulations</li></ul>Your Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field</li><li>3+ of experience in Payroll positions, previous working experience in payroll software will be considered as a strong asset</li><li>Very good knowledge of payroll legislation and HR procedures</li><li>Good knowledge of payroll software products will be an asset</li><li>Excellent customer-oriented skills</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Your BenefitsWe are growing our team with the vision of having top performers who contribute directly to the growth of the company.
