We are looking for a&nbsp;HCM Consultant&nbsp;to join our team.Your contribution to the success of the team<ul><li>Provide consulting expertise for HR &amp; Payroll software.</li><li>Provide guidance on business processes based upon sound understanding of key functions within HR including Payroll.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve HR &amp; Payroll problems/failures for both customers and partners and update ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Design, develop and deliver end user training</li></ul>Your Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or relevant field.</li><li>5+ of experience in position of HR and/ or Payroll Team.</li><li>3+ years in position the Business Software Sector.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of ΗR/Payroll software products.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation and procedures.</li><li>Excellent customer-oriented skills.</li><li>A team player with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Very good knowledge of English language</li></ul>Your BenefitsWe are growing our team with the vision of having top performers who contribute directly to the growth of the company.
