Job's PurposeAs Warehouse Shift Coordinator, you will actively participate and coordinate a large range of warehouse operations at Mandra Distribution Center. The role requires the ability to manage large teams and cooperate effectively with the rest of the departments.What you will focus on• Responsible for the proper management of a large group of warehouse employees, schedules working hours, shifts and employee leaves • Coordinates and ensures the proper functioning of the warehouse (process of receiving - storing products, picking orders, loading goods) while observing the required procedures • Controls product hygiene and safety conditions&nbsp;• Regulates and allocates the daily tasks of warehouse employees • Monitors the proper compliance for hygiene and safety rules of warehouse staff • Monitors Warehouse Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Reports for the outcomes through Warehouse Management Systems&nbsp;Who we are looking for• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field will be considered as an asset • Previous&nbsp;working experience 1-3 years in a similar position,&nbsp;preferably in logistics or retail (store operations) or in any other sector with people management. • Verry good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) • Experience in ERP Systems, WMS&nbsp;• Very good knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)&nbsp;Your Value• Teamwork, cooperation, and strong interpersonal skills • Results orientation, accountability • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills&nbsp;Start your retail journey and live our values of care, teamwork, humor, integrity and courage &nbsp;We care for you• Room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development and career advancement • A safe and healthy workplace and a friendly environment which respects each employee’s individuality and personality • Member of Ahold Delhaize&nbsp;&nbsp;A place where everyone belongsWe strive to be a better place to work where our associates reflect the markets we serve, where their voices are heard and valued, they find purpose in their work, and can grow and contribute to their fullest.
