Assistant Sommelier

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Food and Beverage Supervisor who embodies Aman’s dedication to refined, personalised and intuitive hospitality to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Food and Beverage Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a central role in supporting daily restaurant operations, coordinating the service team and ensuring that each guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
