HRIS Associate

As&nbsp;Risk Model Development Specialist,&nbsp;you will be part of the Credit Risk and Enterprise Risk Modeling team which has the responsibility to develop and apply the methods used in measuring and assessing credit risk at the Group level as well as to submit updates to the competent Committees of the Bank and Group Companies. Additionally, the Credit Risk and Enterprise Risk Modeling Business Area also develops credit risk models used in impairment testing at the Group level, in accordance with International Accounting Standards.Ideally, you should possess advanced problem-solving and analytical skills along with sound judgment and critical thinking and should have the ability to communicate advanced concepts in a concise and logical way. Digital Communications Specialist

The Outsourcing and Third-Party Governance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the outsourcing activities of the Bank and ensuring their compliance with regulations and alignment with the Bank’s standards. Outsourcing and Third Party Governance Specialist

As&nbsp;Transaction Banking Products Senior Specialist&nbsp;you will be responsible for initiating and overseeing the development of transaction products. What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Develop new products and services or updates existing line in the areas of Transaction Banking.</li><li>Follow market trends, conduct market surveys to update the Bank’s portfolio of products and services.</li><li>Participate in relevant interbank Bodies (e.g. HBA, SWIFT, DIAS) to follow updates in products and participate in industry wide product development initiatives.</li><li>Monitor the performance of the Bank’s market position versus market trends and the competition, aiming to improve the Bank’s penetration.</li><li>Monitor the products’ official price list through the Bank’s approval process.</li><li>Define, monitor, and evaluate the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of transaction products and services in collaboration with the internal stakeholders.</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).or</li><li>A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance.</li><li>A minimum of seven (7) years of previous working experience in client-facing role, in the Financial Services industry, preferably in the Wholesale Banking.</li><li>Familiarity with Product Design and Development and with Trade and Treasury Transactions.</li><li>Project Management Skills.</li><li>Complex Problem Solving.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management.</li><li>Team Spirit &amp; Collaboration.</li></ul>What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people.
