To gather information technology and computer systems to support performance optimization, availability, and smooth operation of users.To respond to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfil requests or enable resolution, providing first-line investigation and diagnosis, and promptly allocating unresolved issues as appropriate.To assist with the development standards, and apply these to track, monitor, report, resolve, or escalate issues; contribute to the creation of support documentation.To deliver high-quality support, owning support requests and managing them to a successful outcome for the customer, while maintaining an enthusiastic and professional manner.To efficiently communicate information to optimize hotel procedures, follow company procedures and standards, and provide advice to users on systems, products, and services available to them.This role is guest-facing, so a high degree of friendly customer service is expected toward both guests and internal users.What will you bring?Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role.Degree in Information technology.MS Office 365, MS Teams (Essential) , Windows 10, Windows Server (Essential), Mobile OS, WiFi.Advanced English is required.Experience in ticketing Softwrare and knowledge of hospitality software and business will be a plus.Certification and previous experience in Networking and experience in virtualization technologies will be a plus.What we offerTeamBecoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and the local communities.Grow&nbsp;Have room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement.CareCompetitive remuneration packagePrivate health insuranceFlexible working model
