The&nbsp;Leasing Manager&nbsp;will be reporting to the Commercial Director, Existing Malls.&nbsp;Our new colleague in this position will be responsible for all leasing activities associated with the operation of one or more Shopping Centers, meeting the Company’s goals and ensuring maximum sustainability, at a quality and high occupancy rate. Leasing Manager, Malls (1565)

As Regional Manager, Consumer, you are responsible for driving capital efficient growth by improving our consumer experience by focusing on one or multiple Consumer topics such as Loyalty, Pricing &amp; Incentives and Discovery within Wolt’s South region. Regional Growth Strategy Manager

As the Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing initiatives to improve all aspects of delivery quality. This includes the Restaurant, Retail verticals and all new verticals in your region (e.g. Parcel, Drive, etc.). Your role involves partnering deeply with both the local and global business teams to understand what needs to be accomplished to successfully “win” each specific business. You will then be responsible for achieving these targets by incubating experiments to drive long term investments across all countries you operate in.You will be reporting directly to the Regional Head of Platform Quality.Responsibilities &amp; duties<ul><li>Develop and implement short and long-term strategies to improve Quality and prove this out with actual data from experiments you have run in the countries that you oversee.</li><li>Be the primary point of contact for delivery quality for Support team when it comes to the countries in your specific markets. Operations Specialist - Platform Quality

As an Operations Specialist in the Platform Efficiency team, you will take a vital role in optimizing delivery operations and enhancing courier performance across multiple countries within the region. Your primary focus will be on supporting the execution of strategies designed to improve logistics efficiency and achieving key performance targets such as courier costs. You will work closely with the Global Courier Pricing, Logistics, and local Merchant teams, as well as other departments within regional operations, to implement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and improve courier satisfaction.This role requires strong analytical skills, including working with numbers and data analysis, to identify trends, uncover insights, and make data-driven decisions. As a&nbsp;Regional Scheduling Lead&nbsp;in our Workforce Management (WFM) team, you will lead a group of 5-8 schedulers managing routines across 6-9 countries. Your role is pivotal in creating efficient, accurate schedules that balance operational goals. Collaborating with the Global Scheduling Lead and partnering with Planning and Intraday teams, you will ensure alignment across functions while serving as a key escalation point for complex challenges.
