Code.Career is the first process that you will speak&nbsp;with developers (only!) and tech (freak) experts!Our client is a leading company in the oil and gas sector and currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Specialist to join their applications team.Job Description:In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing their Microsoft D365 CRM, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of their business. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage change requests, work with external vendors, and ensure compliance with internal processes and audits. Your technical expertise will be crucial in maintaining optimum system performance and driving cost optimization.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Microsoft D365 CRM application to ensure optimal performance and functionality.</li><li>Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Facilitate effective communication to ensure all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Evaluate and prioritize change requests, ensuring they align with business objectives and are implemented efficiently. Coordinate with relevant internal and external teams to manage the end-to-end change request process.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service partners. Coordinate efforts to support, extend, and enhance applications, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.</li><li>Rigidly apply internal processes and meet security and compliance requirements. Prepare and provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.</li><li>Utilize in-depth knowledge of D365 CRM to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and recommend improvements. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices.</li><li>Develop and deliver training programs for end users to enhance their understanding and usage of the D365 CRM application.
