Angelicoussis Group, one of the world’s leading ship management organizations is looking for motivated and experienced&nbsp;Lubricants Ops Co-ordinator&nbsp;&amp; Analyst to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Pre-plan and optimize lubricant order placements based on vessels’ ROBs, trade patterns, and contractual lubricant pricing.</li><li>Liaise with the Group’s Operations and Technical Departments in Greece and abroad to ensure alignment with fleet needs and requirements.</li><li>Handle lubricant inquiries and orders; monitor daily operations to ensure smooth supply and timely delivery to vessels.</li><li>Handle problem-solving and manage disputes or claims related to lubricants.</li><li>Ensure the seamless operation of SAP and other company databases in relation to marine lubricant procurement.</li><li>Oversee invoice verification and ensure timely payments in coordination with the Accounting Department.</li><li>Maintain daily updates and alignment of internal databases.</li><li>Conduct data analysis and develop analytical insights and reports related to lubricants, fuels, LNG, alternative fuels, CO₂, and stewardship.</li><li>Identify best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to infrastructure, business tools, and databases, in collaboration with the ‘Market Analyst and Marine Lubricants Team Lead’.</li><li>Support lubricant contract renewals and renegotiations, including contracts linked to the Lubricants Desk (e.g., base oil index providers, lubricant platforms, etc.).</li><li>Assist in building and maintaining relationships with physical lubricant suppliers and related vendors.</li></ul>Candidate must have<ul><li>Exceptional analytical skills and ability to manage &amp; create insights from large amount of data.</li></ul><ul><li>3-5 years relevant experience in Lubricants procurement</li><li>University degree in Economics or Maritime sector</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Very good command of English language</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li></ul>The Company offers an attractive compensation and benefits package and a friendly working environment.
