&nbsp;Our People, Our Energy!&nbsp;<h2>The Company</h2>OFC, a joint venture between Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., AVIN OIL S.A., Skytanking NV, and Hansaconsult GmbH, is considered one of the high-standard aviation fuel supply facilities in Europe.<h2>Starting with the role:</h2>Currently, we are searching to hire an On Site Administrator, to join our team at OFC TECHNICAL S.A., to be responsible for providing site-level administrative support to engineering and field teams, ensuring efficient documentation, access control, and daily logistics.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Coordinate issuance and renewal of staff and subcontractor access passes at the construction site</li><li>Submit vehicle entry permits and manage sticker system for site vehicle access</li><li>Maintain site-specific records including staff logs, access databases, and daily permits</li><li>Arrange on-site logistics such as office supplies, refreshments, and basic clerical support</li><li>Assist with scheduling meetings, inspections, and site visits involving engineers, foremen, or subcontractors</li><li>Support Site Engineer with printing and organizing drawings, ITPs, and other documentation</li><li>Coordinate short-term accommodations or transportation requests for project personnel</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field</li><li>2 years of experience in administrative roles supporting business operations</li><li>Good knowledge of ERP (SAP)</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)</li><li>Good knowledge of English&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving up&nbsp;&nbsp;What gives us energy:<ul><li>Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action</li><li>Continuous learning to empower our teams</li><li>Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
