As a Category Manager Breakfast, you will be a member of the Nonperishables team, who will manage all aspects of sourcing and category management portfolio and other relevant projects to maximize performance and profitability for the assigned categories. The role is actively involved in strategic category management to thrive in variety, quality, and value according to AB’s high business standards&nbsp;What you will focus on<ul><li>Guide the formation of the composition of variety of products, by focusing on improving efficiency and satisfying the needs of customers</li><li>Conduct market analysis and monitor the price level for products of your responsibility in relation to competition to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth</li><li>Monitor the performance of the products in your liability categories, from all the OB shops (retail, wholesale, franchise)</li><li>Maintain products’ intended level of competence, by being on top of your category products stock</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers regarding products for the whole store’s network, and ensure buying high quality products under the best possible terms</li><li>Lead the configuration and maintenance of the action plan in your liability category</li><li>Be involved in the design and implementation of your category promotional plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams</li></ul>&nbsp;Who are we looking for<ul><li>BSc in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant field. Category Manager Breakfast

Your purpose As an Assistant Category, you will support the Category Manager in the daily management of your assigned product category. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and stores to ensure seamless operations. You will also collaborate closely with the Forecast &amp; Replenishment team to optimize stock levels, contribute to the implementation of pricing strategies and promotional plans, and support the execution of planograms to ensure optimal product placement in-store.What you will focus on<ul><li>Communication with suppliers, internal departments, and stores to resolve issues arising from the daily operations of the department</li><li>Information exchange and close collaboration with the Forecast &amp; Replenishment team</li><li>Implementation of the pricing policy for the product category</li><li>Execution of the promotional activity plan for the category</li><li>Implementation of planograms for the category’s products</li></ul>Who we are looking for<ul><li>BSc in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
