Currently, we are searching to hire a&nbsp;Product Specialist&nbsp;tο join the Product &amp; Business Development team!<h2>Main Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Conducts systematic competition &amp; market analysis aiming to ensure that the Products offered by competitors or the solutions offered by technology providers, at national and international level, are sufficiently mapped and benchmarked (Value Proposition, Pricing, Customer Segmentation etc.)</li><li>Designs and proposes a competitive &amp; innovative non-core product portfolio strategy (e.g. e-Mobility), aiming to combat competition, achieve strategic goals and ensure an optimum utilization/management of the pre-approved Product Development budget</li><li>Works collaboratively with Business Planning team towards the analysis and valuation of the proposed business opportunities from a financial standpoint to prove feasibility of the products/services</li><li>Coordinates the execution of the Products development and Go-to-market Process</li><li>Works collaboratively with Customer Analytics &amp; Insights team to prepare campaigns for Cross-Selling/Upselling/Win Back customer purposes and with Sales teams to prepare campaigns for the acquisition of new customers</li><li>Evaluates solutions’ performance based on KPIs and suggests improvement actions</li><li>Provides input and coordinates the design &amp; execution of product surveys by working collaboratively with Marketing &amp; Communications team</li></ul><h2>Main Qualifications</h2><ul><li>University degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field</li><li>At least 5 years of work experience in Product Management related preferably in the services, telcos and technology sectors</li><li>&nbsp;Demonstrable experience in developing product strategies &amp; the respective business plans</li><li>Proficient in the Greek and English language (verbal and written)</li><li>Working knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Working knowledge on Microsoft Power BI (preferably)</li></ul><h2>Skills/Attributes</h2><ul><li>Analytical skills</li><li>Creative skills (find interesting ways to present information and to generate new ideas)</li><li>Adaptability to new technological developments</li><li>Organizational and time management skills</li><li>Presentation skills</li><li>Work well under pressure</li></ul>

As a Greek speaking&nbsp;Operational Risk specialist with experience in managing manufacturing and/or heavy industry operations,&nbsp;you will support our teams in the assessment and auditing of client sites as well as the delivery of coaching and training to embed cultural and behavioural change in the approach to process and work place safety.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Please note - this vacancy is not suitable for candidates with Operational Risk Management experience within financial services.&nbsp;We require experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, oil &amp; gas, or mining.&nbsp;Job requirementsWho are you?As a freelance&nbsp;subject matter expert, you can&nbsp;hit the ground running with complex safety projects with a demonstrable track record of coaching and training stakeholders at all levels within an organisation.&nbsp;You will also<ul><li>Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering / HSE / Business</li><li>Have at least 10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management &amp;&nbsp;Workplace safety training.</li><li>Have expertise in operational risk management, operations excellence, or sustainability within the Chemical, Oil &amp; Gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or Utilities sectors</li><li>Have experience in the management of change and embedding a safety culture</li><li>Be fluent in Greek</li><li>Have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset willing to develop expertise in safety and operations management</li><li>You will be interested in working on a freelance basis, able to work on short and long-term projects without any guarantees of further work.</li></ul>
