To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team a&nbsp;Legal ManagerBased at Golden Hall offices&nbsp;We are seeking a highly motivated Attorney at Law to join our legal department. Our new colleague in this position shall offer professional advice, ensuring the excellent legal support of our Group, while simultaneously keeping in mind our commercial &amp; financial targets.The Legal Manager shall be working in the team of the Chief Legal and Compliance Counsel.&nbsp;In detail, the&nbsp;​Legal Manager will provide legal support in various matters, including:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Providing legal advice &amp; support on the Group on a wide range of transactions with financial institutions, in Greece and abroad (such as project finance, re-financings, acquisition financings, corporate and financial restructurings, intra-group lending, debt/equity listed products)</li><li>Drafting and negotiating for a full range of financial transactions (loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documents, waiver requests, legal opinions, corporate approvals, memos summarizing legal terms that businesspeople can use), by also arranging and coordinating the signing and loan drawdown process, CPs satisfaction as well as the registration, amendments and release of loan securities (mortgages, share pledges etc.)</li><li>Working closely with Groups’ finance and other departments, external legal advisors, banks, other parties involved in the transactions and regulatory/supervising authorities</li><li>Supporting the legal department on all corporate matters (set-up/transformation/dissolution of Group companies, companies bookkeeping, drafting the necessary corporate resolutions for Groups’ obligations, obtaining certificates, corporate and statutory approvals)</li><li>Reviewing &amp; negotiating custom-made agreements for the Groups’ business, by also improving standard forms of agreements that the Group has already in place, so that they can be fully aligned with Group’s policies.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:&nbsp;Academic Qualifications &amp; Professional Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in law and an LL.M with a specialization in commercial law areas (preferably in Corporate, Banking &amp; Finance Law, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets)</li><li>At least 7-10 years' working experience as an in-house lawyer, out of which at least 5 years are preferably in the Banking/project finance sector or alternatively in a law firm specialized in such projects</li><li>Demonstrable experience in commercial law, company law and banking/finance</li><li>Experience in dealing with complex legal issues with significant financial impact</li><li>Excellent command of the English language</li></ul>&nbsp;On a personal side, the ideal candidate has:&nbsp;<ul><li>Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage under pressure multiple projects and conflicting demands</li><li>Interpersonal skills and attention to detail</li><li>Resilience, commitment and business mindset</li><li>Continuous learning and development mindset</li><li>Positive attitude and team-work spirit</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Company offers:&nbsp;Our vision is to bring to life the largest urban regeneration project in Europe. Legal Manager (1621)
