Chubb is looking for an&nbsp;IT Infrastructure Compliance Lead&nbsp;to join our team.&nbsp;This is a permanent full-time position and a compelling opportunity to join a global, growing, financially stable and successful company.&nbsp;As an industry leader, Chubb is an employer of choice for skilled technology professionals aspiring to develop a meaningful career in a fast-paced, diverse company with offices in most major cities in the world.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for the ongoing assessment, processes &amp; controls to ensure the regional IT infrastructure comply with the SOX, GISP, audit, risk and compliance requirements.</li><li>Engage with key stakeholders including CIOs, external auditors (PWC), audit, risk &amp; compliance functions, and IT system owners to ensure all IT infrastructure compliance requirements are understood and monitored.</li><li>Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and interface controls. Ability to articulate the control requirement and deliver best practice in the design and end operation.</li><li>Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and interface controls. Ability to articulate the control requirement and deliver best practice in the design and end operation.</li><li>Analyze and priorities areas of focus for mitigation, remediation or process improvement opportunities using a risk-based approach to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Proactively identify and assess of on-going and emerging IT risks, challenges and process gaps through periodic internal management risk assessments and the development of internal risk reporting processes.</li><li>To QA controls, their operation and supporting processes &amp; procedures for their effectiveness and bring about change to ensure that EMEA IT operate an assured control environment.</li><li>Ability to deliver change in a structured method (project management) to implement or improve existing controls or bring around remediation or deliver a successful outcome to any identified vulnerability, remediation, or audit action.</li><li>Work across a diverse virtual team of IT functions, auditors, Financial Control, etc. being able to answer for their agenda and successfully the right outcomes for EMEA IT.</li><li>Drive improvements by enforcing best practice and standards and sharing learnings across teams.</li><li>Operate in a constantly evolving and changing governance environment and able to adapt to taking on new duties as regulations, controls and security protocols change.</li><li>Strong collaboration capability with all layers of the organization and the ability to influence and affect change in difficult circumstances.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.</li></ul> QualificationsQualifications:<ul><li>5+ years experience in an IT infrastructure compliance role, within a financial organisation</li><li>Experience in insurance or financial sector</li><li>Knowledge of Windows, Linux, AS400, Oracle, SQL, DB2 database&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office – especially Excel &amp; Powerpoint</li><li>Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) cerified&nbsp;(preferred)</li><li>Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certified&nbsp;(optional)</li><li>Any other relevant&nbsp;compliance, risk or assessment qualifications</li></ul>Our team makes the difference, every time.
