We currently have an opportunity for Director of Information Technology to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece!Reporting to the Director of Finance, you are responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data and voice communications activities at the property. Additionally, the Director of Information Technology is responsible for executing hotel and corporate systems strategies, and for forecasting technology requirements and upgrades to existing technology to improve effectiveness of installed systems.Responsibilities will include assisting guests with technical requirements and issues, providing high levels of service and support, actively participating in quarterly regional systems meetings and sharing ideas and best practices, ensuring critical systems are available twenty-four (24) hours per day, establishing and maintaining system security procedures, user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems, establishing product lifecycle management for hardware/software and capital planning for technology, preparing IT operating and capital budgets, and assisting the Director of Finance in administering all IT related maintenance and services contracts; taking a leadership role in establishing scope of the contracts, contract negotiations and bidding process.You will have a special talent for building, leading, coaching, training, and developing a strong team; ensuring our employees feel at home and receive the highest levels of support and care along with creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences.Our Ideal&nbsp;Director of Information Technology candidate&nbsp;will have:At least two years of experience as a Hotel Director of Information Technology, and a University/College education with a major in Information Technology.&nbsp; You should be a business manager with strong business, resources and project planning experience, network-building and trouble-shooting skills and knowledge of hospitality applications and interfaces.&nbsp;You should have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, the ability to prepare and deliver reports, effective presentations and to facilitate meetings, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.&nbsp;Previous pre-opening experience would be advantageous.

Director of Information Technology – Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, Greece

As a member of our delivery team, the&nbsp;Business Intelligence (BI) and Visualization Specialist&nbsp;is responsible for the design, development, implementation, management and support of advanced BI reporting through different data visualization tools and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and environments.Working with cross-functional teams, you will be required to gather, document, and approve business requirements for data analysis and reporting projects, as well as use BI tools to develop reporting solutions and dashboards to meet business needs.
