We are looking for a passionate Senior DevOps Engineer to help us build and maintain a reliable, secure, scalable and efficient real-time platform, by combining software engineering and systems engineering skills. The role directly supports the IT Manager and contributes to the stability, performance, and security of the organization’s digital environment.Scope of Work:<ol><li>On-Premises IT Infrastructure Maintenance</li></ol><ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other end-user hardware.</li><li>Support and maintain the LAN/WLAN, Google &amp; Microsoft storage systems, as well as other networked equipment.</li><li>Monitor physical infrastructure (server rooms, routers/switches, etc.) and report abnormalities.</li></ul><ol start="2"><li>Technical Support &amp; Troubleshooting</li></ol><ul><li>Provide timely first- and second-level technical support to users across the company.</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).</li><li>Record and resolve incidents using the internal IT support system.</li></ul><ol start="3"><li>Network and Security Operations</li></ol><ul><li>Assist in managing network switches, firewalls, and access points.</li><li>Maintain secure system access (Google &amp; Microsoft user accounts, permissions, and passwords).</li><li>Apply patches and updates to ensure system and endpoint security.</li></ul><ol start="4"><li>System Administration</li></ol><ul><li>Assist with backups, restore procedures, and documentation of configurations.</li><li>Manage and monitor printers, software licenses, and peripheral devices.</li><li>Maintain asset inventory of IT hardware and software.</li></ul><ol start="5"><li>Collaboration with IT Manager</li></ol><ul><li>Support implementation of IT projects (e.g., new deployments, upgrades).</li><li>Execute tasks based on the new building and all the IT actions for the direction of new infrastructure and machines.</li><li>Escalate complex issues or systemic problems promptly.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows environments, PC hardware, and LAN technologies.</li><li>Familiarity with Active Directory, file servers, printers, and basic networking principles (IP, DNS, DHCP).</li><li>Experience with cloud setups is essential.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>ISO familiarity.</li><li>GDPR processes and detections.</li><li>Assist in the Operation of Technology Policies.</li></ul>

IT Officer

You'll be the go-to problem-solver for our store teams—tackling technical hiccups ranging from infrastructure glitches to equipment malfunctions. Whether it’s jumping in to resolve issues directly (Level 1 or 2 support) or smoothly escalating when needed, you’ll follow tried-and-true processes and resolution playbooks to keep everything running like clockwork!&nbsp;&nbsp;Your day to day will include:<ul><li>Handling all incoming requests from the OPAP store network related to technical issues, including installations, operational challenges, equipment configuration, and usage.</li><li>Executing the necessary actions for issue resolution by following established processes, methodologies, and resolution models.</li><li>Investigating and analyzing unresolved issues before initiating the escalation process.
