Job’s purposeWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Shopping &amp; Customer Experience Product Owner to lead our organization's solutions for both online and offline customer journeys. In this pivotal role, you will manage the demand for our e-commerce platforms and oversee UX/UI activities for our digital channels. A deep understanding of e-commerce best practices and expertise in customer journey optimization are required for this role.What you will focus on<ul><li>Support in the development and communication of a clear product vision as well as in planning, optimization and execution of various processes related to e-commerce and customer journeys.</li><li>Gather requirements in cooperation with business counterparts and digital experts in order to support product roadmap and translate them to functional requirements.</li><li>Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined user stories, features, and technical tasks related to the core retail domain.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, including other product owners, and business analysts, to facilitate the successful delivery of product features.</li><li>Identify areas for continuous improvement within ecommerce and digital domain as well as other systems in the respective domain, implementing enhancements to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Lead training sessions for end users and other IT stakeholders.</li><li>Analyze preferences and requests of end users.</li></ul>What you have<ul><li>University Degree in Information &amp; Computer Technology, or any other discipline of technical orientation. IT Core Retail & Forecast and Replenishment Product Owner

&nbsp;We are searching to hire a&nbsp;Water Cycle Specialist to prepare tenders proposals, including technical and financial aspects, by developing technical solutions and communicating with relevant vendors/ third parties for technical analysis and equipment required.
