The role in more details:<ul><li>Provide payroll services to corporate clients</li><li>Identify and propose solutions to various issues</li><li>Deliver excellent client service</li><li>Work in a team of qualified, highly motivated professionals</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and be resourceful in making them happen</li><li>Anticipate change and encourage others to perform confidently in ambiguity</li></ul>To be successful in this role you need the following&nbsp;(hard and soft skills):<ul><li>3-8 years of professional experience, in payroll and HR services in a similar position</li><li>Experience in the public sector will be an asset</li><li>Knowledge of labor and social security legislation</li><li>Cambridge or Michigan Proficiency is required.
