We are looking for an HR Operations Administrator to join our HR Operations team and handle various personnel-related issues. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in HR processes,&nbsp; organized, and be able to handle various administrative tasks on time.&nbsp;This is a chance to be part of a rapidly growing team in a company that is changing the food delivery landscape and be able to influence, execute, and see the impact of your work at the end of the day.&nbsp;&nbsp;What you’ll do:<ul><li>Drive onboarding and offboarding processes, prepare HR Documents (contracts, forms etc.)</li><li>Reply to employees’ queries about HR operations-related issues</li><li>Ensure compliance with Public services requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties</li><li>Organize, maintain and update employee records&nbsp; in a timely manner</li><li>Responsible for handling the absences of employees</li><li>Assist with payroll administration by preparing monthly reports with payroll data (leaves, sickness, overtimes)</li></ul> What you need to be successful <ul><li>BSc in Accounting, Human Resources, or relevant field will be considered an asset</li><li>1+&nbsp; years of experience as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant is a plus</li><li>Hands-on experience with an HR Software (preferably Workday)</li><li>Basic knowledge of labor laws</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>People-oriented attitude (approachable, good listener, easy to talk to)</li><li>Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks within the day</li><li>Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills</li><li>High-level attention to detail and numerical literacy</li><li>Good sense of responsibility and accountability</li><li>Ability to keep sensitive information confidential</li><li>Highest level of integrity</li></ul> Who we are efood is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door.
