ou will join our&nbsp;Strategic &amp; technology change Team&nbsp;a multidisciplinary, and fast-growing team specializing in change management strategies.   As a Junior Change Management professional at our DACC Delivery Center, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients through complex and exciting changes.&nbsp; You will join a collaborative, structured, and process-oriented team dedicated to supporting the successful implementation of&nbsp;groundbreaking Generative AI&nbsp;technologies and driving significant cultural shifts. You will be instrumental in helping employees embrace new ways of working, ensuring that technological advancements translate into lasting business value.   Key Activities  As a key member of our change management team, you will focus on the execution of strategic plans. Your primary responsibilities will include: <ul><li>Supporting Change Strategy: Assist in the design, development, and operational execution of comprehensive change management plans that align with project goals and organizational culture.</li><li>Creating Compelling Communications: Help create, draft, and refine impactful communication materials—including presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and digital content—to ensure messages are clear, engaging, and consistent.</li><li>Organizing and Facilitating Engagement: Assist in the coordination, scheduling, and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and other engagement activities designed to build awareness and capability.</li><li>Fostering Collaboration: Work in close partnership with technical teams, particularly GenAI developers, to understand the technology and its impact on people. Liaise with communication and project management teams to ensure seamless execution.</li><li>Developing Engaging Content: Utilize creative tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Mentimeter, Miro, Kahoot!, and MS Forms to design interactive and visually appealing materials that capture attention and enhance learning.</li><li>Tracking Progress and Impact: Support the monitoring and tracking of change management activities, helping to gather feedback and report on progress against key milestones and metrics.</li></ul>  #OurRequirements   Must-have qualifications:  <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 0-2 years of relevant professional experience in change management, internal communications, learning and development, or a related consulting field.</li><li>Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into simple, powerful messages.</li><li>Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a structured environment.</li><li>Interpersonal Skills: A natural collaborator with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).</li><li>Creative Tools: Hands-on experience creating content with tools like Canva, Miro, Mentimeter, Kahoot!, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strategic thinking, consulting mindset, and a solution-oriented approach  </li><li>Fluent in English  </li><li>Knowledge of Italian Language</li></ul> Nice-to-have:  <ul><li>Experience in international or consulting environments  </li><li>Knowledge of gamification, microlearning, video-based learning  </li><li>Familiarity with motion design, no-code or low-code tools  </li></ul>
